• Proposed luxury resort residences development covering 437.30 acres of hill side development land to house approximately 226 units of luxury resort villas located on the northern face of the hills. The build-up area for each of these villas will be each ranging from about 1.2 to 2.2 acres. The built-up of the villas are kept within 5,000 - 5,500 sq ft over 3 levels. This will enable the building footprint to be sized around 2,000 sq ft, thus reducing land clearing. Ideal as holiday homes, the villas are designed with a cantilevered lap pool.
